Built after 8 apps nobody used
First Adopter is built in public by Swapnil, a solo founder.
I shipped eight products: Chrome extensions, small web apps, AI tools. The pattern was always the same. Build for weeks, launch, a few signups, then silence. One extension got about 400 downloads and around 2 people actually used it.
I kept blaming marketing. The real problem came earlier: I never checked whether real people were already asking for what I was building, or where they talked about it.
So I built the check I wish I'd had. First Adopter finds people asking for something like your product, right now, in public. And it refuses to make anyone up.

Some AI lead tools invent believable people. Every lead here links to a real public post, with its date and the person's exact words. If we couldn't check a post ourselves, we say so.

We never post, comment or message on your behalf. Real conversations come from you.
Honest numbers
The demand score is built from three parts you can see: how many people asked, how well they fit, and how recent the posts are. A low score is useful too. It can save you months.
